MUST TRY HOME REMEDIES TO GET RID OF DANDRUFF

Dandruff is believed to affect at least 50% of the US population. While it may be a very common affliction, that doesn't make it any less embarrassing or frustrating when we suffer from it.
Soak two tablespoons of fenugreek seeds overnight in a bowl of water. Grind the soaked seeds into a paste. The paste should be massaged all over the scalp and left it there for about an hour. Thereafter wash your hair with herbal shampoo.

Most remedies for getting rid of dandruff are actually comprised of everyday materials that you can find in your home kitchen. One remedy that works for some, but not all, is using vinegar to wash your hair and then rinsing it and using a shampoo designed for dry scalp behind it. Again, this method does not work for every one. But if it does work for you, you've just found a cheap and easy way to cure your woes!

Diet plays a vital role in the treatment of this problem. If you want to get rid of dandruff, you should resort to a high intake of fruit diet for about 6-7 days. Fresh fruits such as apples, orange, grapes, pears, pineapples and grapefruits can be included in your diet. Citrus fruits and dried stewed or tinned fruits should be avoided to cure dandruff.

Chemically based hair products should be avoided as they may aggravate the condition. It's best to use natural products and home remedies to cure dandruff.

Tea tree oil has also been proven to be very effective in naturally treating dandruff. It is becoming so popular, that many shampoos actually already included as one of their ingredients. In checking the makeup of your favorite shampoo and realizing that tea tree oil is not an ingredient, you can simply buy some and add about a 5% solution to the shampoo bottle. You can also apply this directly to your scalp in the same way that you did with the olive oil. Either way is very effective as a dandruff home remedy.

Don't over wash your face with harsh ingredients because this can cause the face to be irritated. Instead use mild soap and clean water to wash your face at most twice a day.

Some of the side effects can be particularly distressing for people with sensitive scalps, for example chemical products can accelerate their condition making it much worse. But then again even the 'average' person can have this happen to them so no one seems truly safe.

Massage olive oil with 5 drops of Tea Tree essential oil, leave on as long as possible. Shampoo off.

Placing it with other oils you can also create a soak that can be applied to your hair every day. It will not only help get rid of your dandruff. But can help out with dry and itchy scalp too. While some limited products have switched to newer ideas of herbs too.

Many people use commercial dandruff shampoos like Head & Shoulders. Personally it has never helped anybody I have known with their issues, but it may work for you. Home remedies are very popular ways of how to get rid of dandruff. Tea tree oil is a very good one to use as u can mix it in your shampoo or conditioner. Using oil treatments on your hair is another great option that a person can try.
